Lifespan is in network with almost all major insurance companies AND Medicaid and Medicare plans.


Counseling services ONLY commercial insurance/self pay accepted at this time.

Lifespan can see patients of all ages for testing services. 


For counseling/therapy services ages 4+

At this time, Lifespan does not offer any prescriptions, or medication management. 


However, we can always provide recommendations of providers that offer that service after the completion of your full evaluation.

The patient portal Lifespan utilizes is Simple Practice. For the most convenient way to access your portal, please download the Patient Simple Practice app with your mobile device. (Android and Iphone) 

Ensure you are logging in with the same email address that was provided when scheduling.

If you are interested in scheduling a full psychological/neuropsychological evaluation and/or therapy please visit the "Request Appointment" tab on the top of your screen.

Our office will get back to you within 2 business days of receiving the request.

At this time, all testing services are done in person.


For counseling, telehealth is available if preferred by the patient.

Lifespan accepts Credit, Debit and HSA Cards.

We DO NOT accept cash or check payments unless approved before your appointment.
