Lifespan can see patients of all ages for testing.
For counseling/therapy services ages 4+
At this time, Lifespan does not offer any prescriptions, or medication management.
However, we can always provide recommendations of providers that offer that service after the completion of your full evaluation.
The patient portal Lifespan utilizes is Simple Practice. For the most convenient way to access your portal, please download the Patient Simple Practice app with your mobile device. (android and iphone)

At this time, all testing services are done in person.
For counseling, telehealth is available if preferred by the patient.
