As part of our hiring process, all prospective applicants must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field, along with active licensure or license eligibility in the state of Texas. We seek individuals with demonstrated clinical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
