Dr. Kristen Belloni is the owner and CEO of Lifespan Psychological Services. A Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Belloni has extensive experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, including over 6 years as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the Frisco and Denton Independent School Districts. She has worked in private practice since 2015. Dr. Belloni has conducted hundreds of Autism Spectrum Disorder, neuropsychological, bariatric and pre-operative pain assessments, Veterans compensation and pension, foster/adoptive children, Child Protective Services, and other psychological evaluations (ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, etc.) for children, adolescents, and adults. Her patients have crossed the lifespan, from ages six months to 100+ years old. She is a highly respected examiner receiving referrals from insurance companies, medical and professional providers, therapy centers, mental and behavioral health providers, foster care agencies, and the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services.
As an educator, Dr. Belloni was Adjunct Instructor of Lifespan Development in the Department of Dispute Resolution and Counseling at Southern Methodist University, where she also received her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling. She was Teacher of Record/Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Woman’s University teaching Introduction to Behavior Therapy & Laboratory, where she received her Ph.D. with a focus on school neuropsychology. She was co-founder and President of the TWU School Psychology Graduate Student Organization.
Dr. Belloni began her post-graduate work as an Associate Professor of Psychology at Collin College, teaching General Psychology and Life Span Development. She completed her clinical work at Denton County Children’s Advocacy Center, and was a Contract Supervisor of visitation and exchanges for children and non-custodial parents at The Family Connection in Dallas.
Dr. Belloni has an extensive history of presentations and research. In addition to her numerous special presentations and awards, she was nominated for the Association for American Colleges and Universities’ Patricia Cross Future Leaders Award by TWU School Psychology faculty, was nominated by the TWU senior graduating class of 2007 as “Favorite Teacher," and served as Campus Representative to the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Belloni is passionate about the care of her patients and strives to ensure they receive high-quality services with an empathic and understanding approach. She has dedicated her life to pursue optimal mental health functioning of our community in her role as a psychologist evaluator.
Dr. Katie Runyon is a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She received her doctorate degree from Texas Tech University, and also holds two master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
After becoming a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, she spent 10 years working with children, adolescents and young adults, ages 2-21. She specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of learning, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. She worked closely with teachers and parents to create and implement prevention and intervention strategies that matched the student’s family culture.
In 2017, Dr. Runyon expanded her training to include adult evaluation. Dr. Runyon conducts psychological and neuropsychological evaluations in the areas of anxiety, depression, PTSD, adult ADHD, bariatric evaluations, autism, eating disorder, and personality disorders. Dr. Runyon works closely with patients to ensure they feel heard, validated, and comfortable during the assessment.
In addition to working with children and their families, Dr. Runyon has a passion for research. Dr. Runyon has published a meta-analysis on a screening tool for childhood anxiety, validated assessment tools on Native American populations, and contributed to ABA research. Dr. Runyon has presented her findings at local and national conventions.
Dr. Runyon’s goal is to help patients understanding how their minds work and to educate every patient about their strengths and weaknesses so they can improve and grow in areas that are important to them.
Verónica Irvine, M.A. is a Licensed Psychological Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. She works with English and Spanish speaking adults with diverse backgrounds. Throughout her more than 20 year long career, she performed countless psychological and neuropsychological assessments that have clarified the presence of intellectual limitations, dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), Dissociative Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has provided treatment and assessments in settings that have included private practice, schools, hospitals, and treatment centers. Ms. Irvine believes that each individual is unique and has strengths to overcome any difficulties they may have, and the ability to continue to develop and grow throughout their lives.

Wendy Stiles is a Licensed Psychological Associate and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She received her Master’s in School Psychology degree from The University of North Texas. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Since becoming a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, she has dedicated her career to working with children, adolescents and young adults, ages 2-21 in local school districts in Texas and Oregon. In addition, she’s worked in private practice on the island of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and in Texas. She specializes in the identification of a wide range of learning, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, including intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Ms. Stiles focuses on providing evaluation and counseling services to youth from diverse racial, ethnic and ability backgrounds. Ms. Stiles fostered a passion for supporting neurodiverse learners in schools and published a monthly virtual bulletin board to bring awareness about a variety of mental health issues to students and staff. She co-created a blog site of information about trauma-informed practices for teachers. Ms. Stiles recognizes the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ youth and created a safe space for students by developing an interactive website they could access for support and information.
Ms. Stiles strives to be a trusted resource for patients and their families. Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during the evaluation. She wants to help patients understand their strengths and areas for growth so that they can advocate for themselves in order to accomplish their personal goals.
Janease L. Traylor, M.S. is a Licensed Psychological Associate. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in psychometrics from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. She enjoys working with diverse populations of all ages. She is a dedicated clinician with many years of experience. Her previous experience includes assessment, collegiate level lecturing, professional clinical research, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and experience in both biofeedback and neurofeedback. She is board certified in neurofeedback through BCIA. She worked as a certified authorized provider for the state of Texas performing Determination of Intellectual Disability evaluations. She has provided treatment and/or assessment in settings that have included private practice, community mental health centers, nursing homes, state supported living centers (SSLCs), correctional facilities, and behavior hospitals. She has presented research on assessment and Autism at two national conferences, APA and ISNR. Ms. Traylor’s mission is to create a therapeutic space where individuals feel supported, safe, and confident in her ability to assist them on their journeys.
Dr. Crosby is a licensed psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience providing psychological assessments across various settings and ages. Her experience includes evaluation and treatment of children with a wide range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral difficulties and assessing for learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurocognitive disorders, trauma-related disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, behavior disorders, mood disorders, and Intellectual Disability Disorder. Further, she has specialized training in pediatric psychology/neuropsychology and Autism and experience providing clinical services to children and adults in various settings, including in-patient and outpatient hospitals, VA hospitals, schools, colleges, private practices, and in-home.
Dr. Crosby received a master's degree in clinical psychology and provided clinical and research services to veterans at the VA hospital and children and adults in medical settings before pursuing her doctorate. After receiving her Ph.D., Dr. Crosby served as a clinical director of an outpatient center serving children and adults, continuing with her focus on psychological, neurocognitive, and autism assessment and designing an autism clinic offering comprehensive services to individuals with Autism. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Crosby loves to contribute to the psychology field via research and has presented and had posters accepted at national and local conferences.
Furthermore, and of utmost importance, Dr. Crosby is family-oriented, loves being a mother, has a great sense of humor, and loves spending time with her family. She comes from a large family of six older siblings and over 30 nieces and nephews, and she loves family gatherings!

Dr. Oduleye is a clinical psychologist at Lifespan Psychological Services. Dr. Oduleye's professional background is characterized by a wealth of experience across diverse clinical populations in schools, residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Her fellowship at the University of California at Davis and internship training in community mental health were critical learning periods during which she honed her skills in delivering evidence-based intervention to a broad spectrum of patients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, facing complex psychological challenges.
Beyond her clinical training, Dr. Oduleye is deeply invested in community health. She actively contributes to program development, training, and process improvement strategies, underscoring her dedication to advancing the broader field of mental health care. At Lifespan Psychological Services, she remains dedicated to improving patient outcomes, blending rigorous clinical expertise with a compassionate understanding of each patient's journey.
Emily Gale received her Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2012 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has been board certified in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology since 2017. Dr. Gale has worked in various settings including Head Start and children’s hospitals. She has clinical interests in pain management, pediatric psychology, and psychological testing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, knitting, and reading.
Dr. Charlie Richardson is a provisionally licensed psychologist who is committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate support with a warm and insightful approach. Dr. Richardson earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in children and adolescents from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an adjunct professor of psychology, having taught at Collin College, Southern New Hampshire University, and Rasmussen University.
A Wisconsin native, Dr. Richardson relocated to Dallas in 2015, where she spent several years working within the justice system as an advocate for children and teens. Through this work, she witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of trauma, inspiring her lifelong commitment to supporting individuals in their healing journey.
Dr. Richardson is a highly skilled clinician specializing in psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose developmental disorders, learning disabilities, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality dynamics. Committed to advancing community mental health, she provides accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment recommendations through comprehensive assessments that offer valuable insights into cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Outside of her professional roles, Dr. Richardson finds joy in traveling, indulging in spa retreats, and immersing herself in music, all of which help her recharge and stay inspired. Dr. LeBlanc is a Licensed Psychologist with Provisional Status with over seven years of experience providing psychological assessment, an area that she is most fond of in the psychology profession. Dr. LeBlanc possesses a doctorate in Psychology from Regent University. She holds a master’s degree in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College. Her work experience includes providing a combination of mental health services (therapy, case management, and psychological testing) at university counseling centers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, an addiction IOP, and group private practices. Among her psychological testing experiences, she has provided disability, psycho-educational, general psycho-diagnostic, bariatric, and eating disorder evaluations to individuals across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Dr. LeBlanc has found culturally responsive treatment to be limited to therapy interventions and often overlooked in the provision of assessment services, thus she has a deep passion for recognizing cultural factors impacting mental health presentations while utilizing empirically validated measures. While Dr. LeBlanc is a generalist at heart, she specializes in providing general psycho-diagnostic and ADHD assessment; however, she is an avid learner who is often seeking opportunities to expand her skillset. Most recently, she has developed an interest in forensic evaluations. Dr. LeBlanc also has a passion for the training and development of budding psychologists. As a staff psychologist at a local university, she is heavily involved in providing didactic instruction for doctoral trainees and persistently developing innovative ways to enhance their training experiences.
